OH-Partners Ltd was founded in 2025 by Neil Court and Christopher Daniel, bringing together over 40 years of combined experience in occupational health, engineering, training, and international business development.

 

Neil Court began his career as an engineer with Rolls-Royce Aero Engines, where he honed the precision and technical expertise that would later shape his career in occupational health. In 1992, he joined a small audiometer manufacturer and helped transform it into a comprehensive OH solutions business, covering equipment, training, consumables, and service. With over three decades of experience, Neil has been closely involved in the development of occupational health practice in the UK (and abroad), ensuring organisations keep pace with evolving HSE guidance and technological innovations. His strength lies in combining engineering rigour with customer insight to deliver solutions that are both compliant, practical and valued by clients

 

Christopher Daniel brings a strong background in project management, international sales and business development within occupational health and medical devices. Since 2012, he has worked extensively in the USA, South Africa, Brazil, Australia, and Southeast Asia, successfully developing occupational health services in different regions. In leadership roles, Christopher remained hands-on and customer-focused, driving company growth, development and launch of new products and solutions designed to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. He brings a global perspective and innovative mindset to OH-Partners, with a clear focus on tailoring solutions for the UK and Irish occupational health markets.

 

Knowledge and expertise in Occupational health surveillance

Over the years, Neil and Christopher built a strong working partnership, combining Neil’s occupational health knowledge, technical and compliance expertise with Christopher’s project management skills, global perspective and innovative drive. Their partnership previously has taken business development forward in meaningful ways such as developing unique products such as functional speech in noise audiometry testing, interfacing to electronic management systems and defining equipment test protocols to ensure acceptability within UK and Ireland occupational health markets.

Christopher Daniel

Christopher brings strong international experience in developing international OH Markets. He combines global insight with a hands-on, customer-focused approach to drive innovation in UK and Irish occupational health.
